Okay lets be frank there are only a very small minority of PTC sites that are trustable enough to invest in, we all know who they
are - I'm just here to say that PTC is not the way to earn cash on the internet (in the long term). How many times have you read recently of one site or another being a scam? or the site being offline for days on end with no announcments? Aren't you sick of being told one thing & the site owners/admin do another?
All this bad management reflects badly on the legite sites. It is time to find new, genuine, legitimate, trustable ways to earn some cash. Many of you here have probably been bitten more than once by PTC sites, but the lure of easy cash is hard to refuse right? I just wanted to say that there are other ways to earn cash & better & quicker ways of doing it. I have a PTC review site that is mostly all bad news! So in reflection of this I have decided to concentrate on new ways of making money like Adsense, Kontera, Adbrite, Gomez Peer, Ciao UK.. There are LOADS of OTHER ways to earn so me cash & most importantly they will pay as they are bonefide registered businesses unlike 99% of all PTC sites.

There are maybe only 3 PTC sites that are truly trustable but in a already saturated business this cannot go on without the other sites being slowly dragged under by slurs, rumours & reputation of the industry etc. The enevitable will eventually happen.

I had to say this, I see so many people that say "Hey I lost $30 at www.igotscammed.com, but sod it, I'm gonna try www.igotscammedagain.com today" & I'm like Noooooooo just move on & look for something else!! The majority of PTC sites in my opinion are scams, potential scams or scams in the making. The only REAL winners that are making REAL money not a few dollars here & there are the owners.

Pay Per Click ad networks are not much better. I have been trying them for 3 years and unless I spend A LOT of time for site promotion, there were months when my earnings per site were less than a dollar. Having in mind that I had to pay for hosting and the domain name, I was actually losing money.

I agree point is nobody should think of ptc as a long time investment cause it's not. many ptc sites just run by clueless kids. also look at the scripts and how many bugs they have thats seriously wrong. I wouldn't even call ptc an investment it's more of a gamble you should be always alert.

PTC is similar to Ponzi scam.

As admin of PTC-site you need have 70% non-self sponsored ads, or sell bots to make profit.

For Pay-Per-Click ad networks to make money you need good content & good traffic. Both of these can be done for free if you know how to
promote your sites without paying. But these are only a few of those I have had success with. GetAFreelancer.com is great & if you have any IT savvy at all you will earn money there.. The options are endless you just need to look around you'll be surprised with the many other ways you can generate money easily:

My 1st Google Adsense Cheque:   Grin

The irony of this cheque is it took me almost 12 months to reach $100 but since my 1st
cheque I have already made $200 in my first month since payment - Took me a year
to make the best of Adsense - DOH!

Not everyone is meant to be a webmaster. Don't forget this detail...

Yes true, but what do you mean by this? the members or the owners??
Members don't have to be webmasters at all to earn money. All it takes is a bit of research & common sense.
Owners of PTC's are webmasters otherwise they wouldn't have a PTC site or other site set up.

Are you implying members or owners cannot be webmasters??

Members can not be webmasters. Well at least not all of them.
