I used to be a forum moderator at bux and let me be the first to tell you, buxto IS A SCAM!!! To be more accurate, a "PONZI SCHEME." My account, too, was suspended. Why? Because I questioned the number of members there in a post about a month or so ago. Members tend to think that cheating is the only way your account can be suspended. They would be wrong. Dead wrong. Read on:
They use this line in their "terms of service" to suspend anyones account for absolutely any reason:
"5.1 We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice."
You do not need to read the rest of that paragraph in TOS part 5.1 as the rest of it does not pertain to the first sentence I just quoted above..The stated sentence above says it all.... RED FLAG everyone!!!
As far as the referrals being fake? In my opinion, they are. How can this be proved? Look at the members usernames on the bulletin board and then look at your referral usernames and you will know. They are fake, without a doubt. A well trained eye can easily see this. And yes, you would think referrals would click every ad they see but they don't. Yes, you've been had by bux.to After one to three months, all your referral clickings will stop and they stop clicking in an unusual fashion or pattern. It can be best summed up by visiting my website, http ://eztof.homestead.com/index.html which shows my past earnings. The days with the three question marks are the days I only earned $2 or so. The thing is, is most of your referrals you get, 99% of them, are fake but you'll have a few real ones in the mix. Those real ones will either click every add or not click at all or click one or two days and stop altogether. The fake referrals generally click anywhere from 1 to 6 ads a day with most of those fake ones clicking 2 to 4 ads average per day.
Next..Yes, I definitely believe the number of bux.to members is not much more than the number of members that sign up on their bulletin board. The staff at bux.to will sell you the idea that (using alexa.com page rankings) everyone that views a bux.to page is a member, this is totally ridiculous. Where is the proof of actual members there? They will never ever really give you proof of that. They did, at one time, have a ticker at the bottom of their surf page of how many members were online clicking ads but they took that off. The most members online that I saw was about 8,000 and it quickly dwindled down to less than 1,000 members as the day went on. So that was a wakeup call for me about that issue and >>>> another red flag.
Next. How can you tell if a "Paid to Click" website "IS" an Autosurf, Multi-Level Marketing, Pyramid, Ponzi, Matrix or "Get Rich Quick" scheme?
When they tell you that they are not. Go to bux.to and click on their "How" link and read the following line:
"How Bux.to works
Bux.to is NOT a Autosurf, Multi-Level Marketing, Pyramid, Ponzi, Matrix or "Get Rich Quick" scheme."
Most people fall for this line and believe it.. I did. And I thought I was one that would never get sucked into something like this but it happened to me. YET ANOTHER RED FLAG!!
If bux.to was a real legitimate business, why do they go to great lengths to hide their identity? Why do they hide their whois information? Who are they? No business address? No phone number? No real full names? Suspicious don't you think? Big time RED FLAG folks!!!
Another thing about bux.to is they seem to favor European staff over American staff. Tri fired me, VinnyB, and Leon64 and we all live in the USA. Strange don't you think? And with Tri getting paid $1500 a month from bux.to, he will defend it in any way he can. That's his stay-at-home income. He will cast aside his ethics, his honesty, his morals and trade in his very soul to the devil to defend bux.to. That's his job. This is what money will do to you. Dirty money.
I invested a little over $535 at bux.to and it took me over 6 months to get it back. Yes, in the end I received my final payment from bux and made a profit but I feel guilty about it because I feel that my profit is some other members loss. I personally don't think bux makes a single dime from those same old ads they put up every day. If they do, it's minascule amount at best. I believe 99% of their earnings only come from the selling of referrals and premium membership.
Unfortunately, there's a sucker born every second in this world and you can find them at bux.to and at other PT sites. I'm glad I'm done with bux.to..
