Well here is the real story, since people seem to be going berserk...right, let's move on. I will outline this in a sort of timeline format.

1. I am told by a friend ubux is for sale, he hooks me up with enigma, I buy it.
2. I get tons of problems in the beginning with many issues including script, previous site debt( which exceeded 10,000 after a few weeks.)
3. I get someone to fix script for me, and listen to Cronus who says I can get out of this if I follow his advice.
4. Advice does not work, more debt.
5. I spend all money(even my own from selling scripts.) on paying old debt.
6. I empty all money I made into more payouts.
7. More debt accumulates, I realise Cronus and Enigma's "hints" didn't work.
8. I get an offer for the site, and immediately sell it. (wouldn't you?)
9. The buyer looks at it and finds tons of debt( I told him there was) and bales out.
10. I kept no database or script copy( it was part of the deal I don't), and he will not respond to all contact.

Anyways, what do you think I should do now??

You didn't give it a chance.  You had the site for less than 2 weeks.

Following advice takes longer than you gave it.

Also if you're going that far into debt, take down some ads like I said.
Also there are TONS of other ways to make extra cash from the site to pay.
YOu didn't use any of it, you never even asked me for advice.
The only advice you took was to pay as many people as you can to start.

You did that, then shut it down.

Wow what a pickle you got into.
I never buy a site unless it is making great sales on a daily basis...

However you could have turned it into a ads only site. When my friend bought a bux site he turned it into a ads only site and was making great money off it. lol.

But then alot of people hated that when they catched on and read the terms after the site was sold to him.

I didn;t shut it down, still trying to get database from the guy since he doesn't want it. It will be useless to restart it, but I will try anyway.

It was all going well, and you may have fooled a few people until...."8. I get an offer for the site, and immediately sell it. (wouldn't you?)"

Who the hell would offer to buy your site from you, given the fact that you had almost completely ruined the site with the downtime, then the cheat link, and then you were posting crap like all PTC sites are going to eventually fail.

The amount of traffic you were getting on uBux could easily have made you enough money from affiliate sites, and enough to cover your costs, because lets face it hardly anyone purchased advertising from PTC sites, so your best bet is to capitalize on your huge memberbase and swarm of traffic to generate income.

When I heard Enigma sold you the site for $500, I told him that I would have offered double that! Just due to the fact that the potential with the traffic alone generated by uBux was HUGE. On top of that members were buying referrals like crazy, so evidently if you stuck it out, regained composure, then your site was guaranteed to be a huge success.

run for your life lol
I think you didn't give it a chance from the beginning. Why did you even kept on running it and taking peoples money. You should have sold it like 1-2 weeks after you bought it if you saw you can't manage it. Did you think money will start coming out of your ears just from selling refs. even if you get it back how will you be able keep on paying people with all these debts.
