in my opinion it's an absolutely scammer!
I paid for a banner 10 days ago. I submited many tickets and i tried to contact him during the last 10 days. But admin doesnt respond.
I don't think he hasn't time, he's just scamming us, Neobux & IsabelMarco's admin have 1.000.000 + members and they have time to respond me. That's because they are professional, they are the fastest admins that i know. A big Thanks to them. 
And what about ICEBUX? do you think he can't manage 20.000 users from which a half is inactive?? I don't think so. He just ignore all or he left the site activity.
